3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Equipment Rental Terms

4.1 Booking and Confirmation

When you book equipment through our platform, you agree to the rental terms specified in the listing, including the rental period, price, and any additional conditions set by the equipment owner.

4.2 Rental Period

Equipment must be returned by the end of the agreed rental period. Late returns may result in additional charges as specified in the rental agreement.

4.3 Equipment Condition

You agree to inspect the equipment upon delivery and report any pre-existing damage. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.

4.4 Proper Use

You agree to use the equipment only for its intended purpose, in compliance with all applicable laws, and in accordance with any operating instructions provided.

5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Rental Fees

Rental fees are displayed on each listing and are due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified. All fees are in the currency indicated on the platform.

5.2 Service Fees

BAG4 CL LTD charges service fees to facilitate transactions on our platform. These fees are clearly disclosed before you complete a booking.

5.3 Deposits and Security

Some rentals may require a security deposit, which will be refunded after the equipment is returned in satisfactory condition.

5.4 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by listing. Please review the cancellation policy before booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the stated policy.

6. Insurance and Liability

6.1 Insurance Requirements

Renters may be required to obtain adequate insurance coverage for the rental period. BAG4 CL LTD offers optional insurance coverage through our partner providers.

6.2 Damage and Liability

You are responsible for any damage to the equipment during your rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. You agree to pay for repairs or replacement costs as determined by the equipment owner.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

BAG4 CL LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

7. Safety and Compliance

You agree to operate all rented equipment in compliance with applicable safety regulations and our Safety Guidelines. You must have appropriate qualifications and certifications to operate specialized equipment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BAG4 CL LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Dispute Resolution
